Finding exactly what you’re looking for can be tricky. Whether it’s a one-of-a-kind home accessory, or a personalised gift. A piece of furniture to fit a unique space, or a bespoke display stand for your next craft event. A custom made item can be a great choice to ensure you have a finished product that works just for you. From a small cupboard handle to a large bedroom set, no matter what the size or idea, we can work with you to develop and create your bespoke Baltic birch plywood product.
So how does it work?
It all starts with an idea
Simply get in contact and we can provide a free consultation to discuss your requirements and see how we can help you bring your ideas into reality. Whether you have a photo of something similar, a rough sketch, a detailed digital design, or just an idea in your mind, we can talk through the design and provide you with some options. This can be via email, phone, in person, or video call, depending on your preferred method of communication. Once we understand your ambitions, we can provide you with an estimated cost and timescales. Where applicable, we may also provide a quotation for any detailed design work which may be required for more complex items.
Now we can provide a design and quotation
If you are happy with the estimation, we can then proceed to a detailed design and quotation. This involves creating digital drawings of your project, capturing measurements, materials, detailing, and finishes. This makes sure we have understood your requirements correctly and helps to provide a visual representation of the final product. Detailing the design also allows us to calculate associated costs with creating your unique item, which will be outlined in a written quotation, and provided to you for review and sign-off.
Next it’s time to pay so production can begin
If you are happy with the quotation, payment can be made and production will begin. We make all items in our workshop and studio located in North Wales. Depending on your order, this can take a few days to a few weeks to produce. Why not follow us on Instagram and you can see what’s keeping us busy in the workshop.
Then delivery can be arranged
We will contact you when your item is ready to be dispatched. Depending on the items size, this could be sent in a box or on a pallet. We’ll provide tracking information and expected delivery date, and usually arrives in a few days once dispatched.
We’re here to help
If you ordered something that requires assembly, we’ll provide you with the appropriate assembly and installation instructions to make fitting the item as easy as possible. We will also provide details of how to look after your new piece of furniture to keep it looking in tip-top condition.
