About Us

Dust Shack is our family run business where we lovingly design, and take pride in producing unique furniture and accessories for homes, gardens and businesses across the UK. Made using a variety of woods, we design, craft and finish our products to the highest of standards in our North Wales studio and workshop. Combining digital and traditional woodworking techniques, we aim to produce bespoke and elegant items to last for generations to come.

The inspiration that led us here came from our interest in the use of modern and traditional woodworking practices, to produce bespoke items to enhance the spaces we live and work in. Bringing together our skills and experience of digital engineering, and art and design, we produce a range of items, from Baltic birch plywood door handles to Poplar plywood craft and market stands, as well as Welsh larch garden planters and redwood garden furniture. Whatever we produce, we take pride in designing and building every item.

We really enjoy working with our customers to help their vision come to life, and offer digital design services to create 3D sketches. In addition, we also offer a cutting service using our state of the art CNC machine, ideal for any precession wood cuts you may require.

Our commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly furniture is an integral part of our business ethos. We strongly believe in sustainable manufacturing and that the products we design and make should not come at a cost to the environment. With the use of modern woodworking techniques, we are able to minimise waste during production. We use only responsibly sourced materials such as PEFC and FSC® certified timber, and non-toxic glues and finishes.
