Bespoke Bedroom Wall Units

Case Study 3 of Our Bespoke Case Studies Series

We’ve been approached by several customers in the past who have purchased from our standard range of furniture, and have requested an accompanying bespoke item to match. This bespoke bedside wall unit was one such request. The customer had already purchased a pair of our birch plywood two drawer bedside tables, and asked if we could produce two matching wall units that would sit above the side tables.

As with all our bespoke designs, we spoke with the customer to understand their requirements, and identify the measurements to fit their space. The customer liked the bevelled edges of the drawers and asked that this be replicated on a wall unit, with a single door and two adjustable shelves. Based on the customer’s requirements, we produced this design.

Once the customer had approved the design and made payment, we began working on producing the two units. We cut, sanded, assembled and finished the items in two weeks. Throughout the process we kept in contact with the customer to update them on progress. It was great to see our customers design come to fruition.

As the unit would be fitted to the wall by the customer, we also provided full instructions, along with the appropriate wall fittings. Once ready, both units were securely packaged on a pallet and delivered to the customer.

We really enjoy listening to our customers’ ideas and working with them to design and produce their bespoke piece of furniture. If you have an idea you’d like to explore, we’d love to work with you.
