Medite Premier Laser Cut MDF Board 4mm

The 4mm thick MDF fibreboard has an excellent face property and uniform fibre structure, making it perfect for laser machines and a wide range of interior applications.

Medite Premier MDF conforms to E1 formaldehyde levels, as well as complying with the lower levels required by CARB phase 2 (CARB Phase 2 compliant <0.11ppm).

Please note that as a natural product, and this is a very thin material, there could be a slight bow or twist when placed on a flat surface. This is normal and we recommend that the ends are taped down when used with a laser cutter. There is a small tolerance in thickness of +/-0.15mm

There is no official classification or grading for MDF suitable for laser use. As this MDF conforms to E1 formaldehyde levels, it is a more suitable option for use.
