Garden Shed Doors

We had an interesting request from Northwest Garden Buildings in Bolton - they asked if we could cut a batch of shed door frames for them. They asked if we could cut end-halving joints and T-halving joints for their double door range.

We programmed the cuts into the CNC Router and cut through a batch of 50 pieces of wood with a total of about 120 joints. It was a challenging cut as each length of wood is only 40mm wide, and this could differ by a couple of millimeters either way. However, the results were great and they were happy. Take a look for yourself!
