Bespoke Floating Bedside Tables

A customer contacted us looking for a floating bedside drawer set, with a back panel that could accommodate an integrated bedside lamp and mobile charger. We arranged a free telephone consultation to discuss their design requirements, including measurements, materials, wood finishes and fitting. Following the call we sent an email summarising what we had discussed and for the customer to consider options at their leisure. Shortly after, the customer contacted us to say they were happy with the indicative quotation. We then began producing a detailed design and quote, including 3D designs to help the customer visualise the final product.

The detail design and quote was provided in a pdf document, and emailed to the customer in order to allow them to review within their own time. Once the customer was ready to progress, they made full payment. We then began producing their bespoke item. This particular piece took two weeks to complete, allowing time to cut, assemble and finish both units to a high standard. As the beside drawers appear to float, they required fitting to the wall by the client. To make this as easy as possible, we provided a full assembly manual.

We kept in contact with the customer throughout the manufacturing process and as soon as the items were ready, we securely packaged into two parcels and couriered to the customer. We were delighted to see a photo of the product in situ, sent by the customer, along with a note of thanks.
