Handcrafting Wooden Ruler Charts for Kids

We are always looking to try out new ideas in our workshop. Whether its a new furniture item, arcade cabinets or wall decor. In this case, its a full size wooden ruler that hangs on the wall and charts a child’s height as they grow. We are excited to offer these rulers to our customers, which can be bought in solid wood pine or Baltic birch plywood. The rulers can be kept in the family for generations, where kids and grandkids heights can be recorded for prosperity.

Each ruler is carved, no stickers are used. All are handcrafted and finished as usual to our highest of standards. We ensure that there are no sharp corner by beveling all edges and sanding the surface. The pine is stained in oak, and the plywood is kept as is and not stained, in order to show off the natural birch grain.

We use a professional grade microcrystalline hard wax, which has been tested and passed to the EN71 Part 3 Regulations regarding coatings used on toys - certficate can be provided on request.
