Design and Cutting Arcade Kits

We have enjoyed designing a whole range of arcade kits for a customer. Bartop, cocktail and upright arcades were designed in Vectric VCarve and cut on our CNC Router. All the arcade kits are cut to a tolerance of 0.1mm ensuring a snug fit when assembled. Grooves were added using a seperate hand router, allowing for t-molding to be added for a final finish when fully built.

We used 18mm MDF in plain, black melamine and white melamine. Designs allowed for monitors from 17” all the way up to 27” for the upright arcade machine.

We also cut 4mm acrylic perspex for each of the kits to protect the monitors when they are installed by our customer.

The end result looks fantastic and more importantly our customer is happy with the end result.
