New Arcade Bartop Kit Design

We have designed a set of bartop arcade kits for a major supplier in the UK. Within a couple of weeks we cut, professionally packaged, and shipped over 60 of these bartop kits. Three different monitor sizes have been created - 19”, 24” and 27”. In addition, each size comes in black and white melamine 18mm MDF, and plain 18mm MDF. The perspex, which we cut in-house, is 4mm polycarbonate for the screen and marquee, which is virtually unbreakable.

In addition to supplying the kits, we also supplied all the fixings, accessories and plexi-glass required in order to build the kits (exlcuding gaming hardware). We also designed and printed a detailed assembly manual in order to make the build as enjoyable as possible and remove any guess work when it comes to the build. The assembly manual comes with a hints and tips section.

The control panels have been designed to fit any button and joystick. There are an array of different buttons that can fit into our control panels, something no other arcade kit can accomodate. How have we designed the control panel to take any size, whether screw-in or clip-in? Well, you would have to buy one to find out.
